How does your monthly subscription work?
Glad you asked! We require a 3-month commitment in order to lock in those low monthly costs. After those three months, you are moved over to a month-to-month commitment. If you would like to cancel after three months, you can do so by the first of the month. If you do not cancel by the first of the month, your account will continue on for another month. Cancellation’s that happen after the first of the month will take effect in the subsequent month.
If I opt for a monthly plan, when is my content delivered?
Your first month of content is delivered 3 business days from the time you place your order. Each month after that, content will be delivered on the 1st of each month.
